A Social Entrepreneur, Systems Builder, Practitioner
Designing with the bottom two billion.
Agency over charity. Trust over control.

This is me
I build solutions alongside people who have lived through inequality. Over the past 15 years, I’ve founded nonprofits in India and the U.S., working across prisons, conflict zones, and philanthropy. I believe change lasts when people are trusted with resources, dignity, and choice—and when systems are designed to let communities lead and institutions follow.

I work with global Institutions to design thoughtful, evidence-based development initiatives.
Over the last 15 years, I’ve worked across geographies and systems to design solutions rooted in agency, trust, and lived experience. My work has taken me across India—from the Satpura forests and conflict-affected villages in Kashmir to prisons and urban communities—and has connected me with collaborators, institutions, and peers in the United States, Sweden, Turkey, Singapore, and beyond.
Across these contexts, my approach has remained constant: identify people closest to the problem, build trust with them, and co-create solutions that they can lead and sustain. I believe durable change emerges when communities are treated not as beneficiaries, but as designers and decision-makers. By combining grassroots leadership with evidence, experimentation, and institutional partnerships, I aim to build systems that restore dignity, enable mobility, and can ultimately be adopted at scale.
